Proposal review results and ticket information available

Update: To review travel sponsorship requests earlier and more carefully with enough time, We request speakers to submit every required forms by this Saturday 1 PM UTC+9 (2022-10-22T13:00:00+09:00)

We’ve completed reviewing proposals and sent out result via email yesterday. If you have applied for talks or workshops before, Please check your inbox to see result for your proposal.

Next steps to move forward

If your proposal has been accepted, you have to do few things to confirm your participation. Make sure to complete every steps needed by this saturday (2022-10-22T22:00:00+09:00). If you don’t submit, We may try to reach you out for reminder first, and might reject your proposal to accept another one.

  • Submit your speaker profile: We’ve attach a URL to another form in the mail. Make sure to submit your information to confirm your participation.
  • Travel sponsorship: We plan to provide accomodations for all eligible speakers. Make sure to also submit this even if you don’t apply for flight expense support at here.
  • Visa letter request: If you need a visa to visit Korea, Don’t forget to submit this form at here.

Ticket information available

Ticket pricing information is now available. We’re currently working with our fiscal host to enable payment on Tito.io platform. Once it’s ready, early bird tickets will be avilable first. By default, Organizers and speakers will be invited free for conference and dinner. Ticket pricing can be found here
